# XII Scripta (AG) vs Wehrschach

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Wehrschach at 50% against XII Scripta (AG)'s 0%. XII Scripta (AG)'s advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 16 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. XII Scripta (AG) sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Wehrschach sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

XII Scripta (AG) holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of XII Scripta (AG)'s written reviews are positive against 50% of Wehrschach's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
