# Arenti vs Trust WiFi

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Trust WiFi at none against Arenti's 29. Trust WiFi also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5). Arenti's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 22 months) and review sentiment (76% vs 50%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Arenti sells 27 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Trust WiFi asks for nothing beyond the download.

Trust WiFi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arenti has 1.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Arenti's written reviews are positive against 50% of Trust WiFi's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Arenti ships an update every 5 weeks, Trust WiFi every 22 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
