# Drinkit vs Monkey Grinder

The clearest difference is rating: Drinkit at 4.9 against Monkey Grinder's 4.0. Drinkit also leads on ratings volume (544 vs 5). Monkey Grinder's advantage is review sentiment (89% vs 67%) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Drinkit holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drinkit has 544 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Drinkit's written reviews are positive against 89% of Monkey Grinder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Drinkit ships an update fortnightly, Monkey Grinder weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
