# WorkTime vs RotaLife

The clearest difference is update cadence: RotaLife at every 3 days against WorkTime's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WorkTime sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and RotaLife sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WorkTime ships an update every 2 weeks, RotaLife every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
