# The Body Code System vs The Pure Joy App

The Body Code System and The Pure Joy App both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of The Pure Joy App's written reviews are positive against 59% of The Body Code System's. The Body Code System's advantage is ratings volume (2.3K vs 17) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The Body Code System sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and The Pure Joy App sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for The Body Code System against 4.9 for The Pure Joy App. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Body Code System has 2.3K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two.
