# Wild Fork vs BITS Marketplace

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BITS Marketplace at 100% against Wild Fork's 43%. Wild Fork's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.0) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wild Fork holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wild Fork has 8.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Wild Fork's written reviews are positive against 100% of BITS Marketplace's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wild Fork ships an update weekly, BITS Marketplace every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
