# Wild Fork vs FlashGas.com

The clearest difference is rating: Wild Fork at 4.9 against FlashGas.com's 3.9. Wild Fork also leads on ratings volume (7.4K vs 37) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). FlashGas.com's advantage is review sentiment (78% vs 41%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wild Fork holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wild Fork has 7.4K ratings behind it against 37, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of Wild Fork's written reviews are positive against 78% of FlashGas.com's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wild Fork ships an update weekly, FlashGas.com every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
