# Vrank vs Open Up

The clearest difference is update cadence: Open Up at every 2 weeks against Vrank's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vrank sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Open Up sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vrank ships an update every 2 months, Open Up every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
