# Guideys vs Pokéos

The clearest difference is rating: Pokéos at 4.8 against Guideys's 4.4. Guideys's advantage is review sentiment (85% vs 70%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Guideys sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Pokéos sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pokéos holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 71 and 78 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Guideys's written reviews are positive against 70% of Pokéos's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Guideys ships an update every 10 days, Pokéos every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
