# Ez vs MyEG

The clearest difference is rating: MyEG at 4.0 against Ez's 2.0. MyEG also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (3 vs 1). Ez's advantage is review sentiment (57% vs 18%) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyEG holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Ez's written reviews are positive against 18% of MyEG's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ez ships an update every 5 months, MyEG monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
