# KSLD vs KPU TV+

The clearest difference is update cadence: KPU TV+ at every 3 months against KSLD's every 6 months. KPU TV+ also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

KSLD ships an update every 6 months, KPU TV+ every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
