# Master Grill vs Chocolaterie!

The clearest difference is rating: Master Grill at 4.6 against Chocolaterie!'s 3.7. Master Grill also leads on ratings volume (6.2K vs 257). Chocolaterie!'s advantage is review sentiment (34% vs 16%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Master Grill holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Master Grill has 6.2K ratings behind it against 257, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of Master Grill's written reviews are positive against 34% of Chocolaterie!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
