# CHEF iQ vs Plateback

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Plateback at 100% against CHEF iQ's 43%. Plateback also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). CHEF iQ's advantage is ratings volume (35K vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
