# Pocket Planets vs AboveYou

The clearest difference is ads: AboveYou at none against Pocket Planets's shown. AboveYou also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Pocket Planets's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AboveYou holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pocket Planets has 22 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
