# TrackSecure vs Lap Legend

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lap Legend at 100% against TrackSecure's 50%. Lap Legend also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). TrackSecure's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TrackSecure sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Lap Legend sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TrackSecure ships an update every 5 months, Lap Legend every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
