# Anchor Plus vs MOB

The clearest difference is update cadence: MOB at every 4 days against Anchor Plus's monthly. MOB also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). Anchor Plus's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Anchor Plus costs $1.99 and MOB $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MOB holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Anchor Plus has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Anchor Plus ships an update monthly, MOB every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
