# DMCI Communities vs Parlon

The clearest difference is rating: Parlon at 5.0 against DMCI Communities's 1.4. DMCI Communities's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
