# Perigold vs Bolufe Boutique

The clearest difference is monetization model: Bolufe Boutique at free against Perigold's free with in-app purchases. Bolufe Boutique also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Perigold's advantage is ratings volume (8.1K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Perigold against 5.0 for Bolufe Boutique. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Perigold has 8.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Perigold ships an update weekly, Bolufe Boutique every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
