# Event Countdown Tracker vs Dashly

The clearest difference is update cadence: Dashly at every 6 days against Event Countdown Tracker's every 4 months. Event Countdown Tracker's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Event Countdown Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dashly sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Event Countdown Tracker ships an update every 4 months, Dashly every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
