# Blade&Soul Revolution vs Phantom Blade

The clearest difference is rating: Blade&Soul Revolution at 4.6 against Phantom Blade's 3.6. Blade&Soul Revolution also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 28). Phantom Blade's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly) and review sentiment (49% vs 36%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blade&Soul Revolution sells 78 one-off in-app purchases and Phantom Blade sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blade&Soul Revolution holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blade&Soul Revolution has 1.7K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Blade&Soul Revolution's written reviews are positive against 49% of Phantom Blade's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Blade&Soul Revolution ships an update monthly, Phantom Blade every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
