# Mandaboo vs HSK Widgets

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mandaboo at weekly against HSK Widgets's every 6 weeks. Mandaboo also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mandaboo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and HSK Widgets sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Mandaboo against 5.0 for HSK Widgets. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mandaboo has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Mandaboo ships an update weekly, HSK Widgets every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
