# еТелеком vs Cilex

The clearest difference is review sentiment: еТелеком at 66% against Cilex's 40%. еТелеком also leads on ratings volume (14 vs 1). Cilex's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cilex holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: еТелеком has 14 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of еТелеком's written reviews are positive against 40% of Cilex's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
