# Parry's Pizza vs Rotolo's

The clearest difference is ads: Rotolo's at none against Parry's Pizza's shown. Rotolo's also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Parry's Pizza's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rotolo's holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rotolo's has 3.1K ratings behind it against 274, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Parry's Pizza's written reviews are positive against 42% of Rotolo's's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Parry's Pizza ships an update every 3 months, Rotolo's every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
