The clearest difference is ads: First Stop Shop at none against Denied Approval's shown. First Stop Shop also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 9 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Denied Approval's advantage is ratings volume (32 vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Denied Approval against 5.0 for First Stop Shop. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Denied Approval has 32 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
