# Kojo vs Lumberfi

The clearest difference is rating: Kojo at 3.5 against Lumberfi's 2.8. Lumberfi's advantage is review sentiment (62% vs 42%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Kojo holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 37 and 25 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Kojo's written reviews are positive against 62% of Lumberfi's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kojo ships an update every 3 weeks, Lumberfi every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
