# Kojo vs Z Platform

The clearest difference is rating: Z Platform at 5.0 against Kojo's 3.5. Z Platform also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). Kojo's advantage is ratings volume (37 vs 7) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Z Platform holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kojo has 37 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Kojo ships an update every 3 weeks, Z Platform every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
