# TREND AnyWARE™ vs Alta Video

The clearest difference is rating: TREND AnyWARE™ at 5.0 against Alta Video's 3.9. TREND AnyWARE™ also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Alta Video's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (17 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
