# Jebena vs Afrosmeet

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Jebena at 1.7K against Afrosmeet's 129. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jebena sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and Afrosmeet sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Jebena against 4.3 for Afrosmeet. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jebena has 1.7K ratings behind it against 129, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 37% of Jebena's written reviews are positive against 36% of Afrosmeet's.

Jebena ships an update monthly, Afrosmeet fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
