# TimeCount vs Quotes Widgets

The clearest difference is rating: TimeCount at 4.6 against Quotes Widgets's 3.0. TimeCount also leads on ratings volume (24K vs 1) and review sentiment (79% vs 60%). Quotes Widgets's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TimeCount sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Quotes Widgets sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TimeCount holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TimeCount has 24K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 79% of TimeCount's written reviews are positive against 60% of Quotes Widgets's.

TimeCount ships an update weekly, Quotes Widgets fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and August 23, 2026 respectively.
