# SFERA project vs Shedevrum

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Shedevrum at 1.7K against SFERA project's 6. Shedevrum also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 32%). SFERA project's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SFERA project holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shedevrum has 1.7K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of SFERA project's written reviews are positive against 50% of Shedevrum's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
