# My Daily Input vs Curiosity

The clearest difference is ads: Curiosity at none against My Daily Input's shown. Curiosity also leads on ratings volume (172 vs 10) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). My Daily Input's advantage is review sentiment (92% vs 80%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Daily Input sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Curiosity sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Curiosity holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Curiosity has 172 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of My Daily Input's written reviews are positive against 80% of Curiosity's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

My Daily Input ships an update every 5 weeks, Curiosity every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
