# Azeel Alba vs CollaNote

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Azeel Alba at none against CollaNote's 4. Azeel Alba also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). CollaNote's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (15K vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CollaNote sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Azeel Alba asks for nothing beyond the download.

Azeel Alba holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CollaNote has 15K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Azeel Alba ships an update every 3 months, CollaNote every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
