# Smart Tasks vs Mindee

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Mindee at none against Smart Tasks's 5. Mindee also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). Smart Tasks's advantage is ratings volume (4.5K vs 12). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smart Tasks sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Mindee asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Smart Tasks against 4.6 for Mindee. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smart Tasks has 4.5K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.
