# Smart Tasks vs Notico Max

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Smart Tasks at 4.5K against Notico Max's 1. Smart Tasks also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Notico Max's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smart Tasks sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Notico Max sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Smart Tasks ships an update fortnightly, Notico Max every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
