# Primitive Skate vs Route One

The clearest difference is ads: Route One at none against Primitive Skate's shown. Primitive Skate's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 11) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Primitive Skate against 5.0 for Route One.
