# Protake vs MMOO

The clearest difference is update cadence: MMOO at every 2 weeks against Protake's every 2 months. Protake's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Protake sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year and MMOO sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Protake ships an update every 2 months, MMOO every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
