# My Timetable vs School Planner & Timetable

The clearest difference is monetization model: My Timetable at freemium against School Planner & Timetable's subscription. My Timetable also leads on rating (4.5 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (1K vs 10). School Planner & Timetable's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Timetable sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and School Planner & Timetable sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Timetable holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Timetable has 1K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 59% of My Timetable's written reviews are positive against 43% of School Planner & Timetable's.

My Timetable ships an update every 2 months, School Planner & Timetable every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
