# Rock Core vs DMC Workbook

The clearest difference is update cadence: DMC Workbook at every 2 days against Rock Core's every 3 weeks. Rock Core's advantage is device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rock Core ships an update every 3 weeks, DMC Workbook every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 10, 2026 respectively.
