# Project Noosphere vs Genius Insight Biofeedback

The clearest difference is rating: Genius Insight Biofeedback at 4.8 against Project Noosphere's 4.2. Genius Insight Biofeedback also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (507 vs 5). Project Noosphere's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 83%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Project Noosphere sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Genius Insight Biofeedback sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $47.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Genius Insight Biofeedback holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Genius Insight Biofeedback has 507 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Project Noosphere's written reviews are positive against 83% of Genius Insight Biofeedback's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Project Noosphere ships an update every 2 months, Genius Insight Biofeedback every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
