# Practice with Clara vs Inner Dimension

The clearest difference is monetization model: Inner Dimension at free with in-app purchases against Practice with Clara's subscription. Inner Dimension also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (2.8K vs 25). Practice with Clara's advantage is review sentiment (95% vs 84%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Practice with Clara sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $18.99 per month and Inner Dimension sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Practice with Clara against 4.9 for Inner Dimension. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Inner Dimension has 2.8K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 95% of Practice with Clara's written reviews are positive against 84% of Inner Dimension's.

Practice with Clara ships an update monthly, Inner Dimension every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
