# myHTA vs PLAD TECH

The clearest difference is review sentiment: myHTA at 71% against PLAD TECH's 25%. myHTA also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). PLAD TECH's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (815 vs 7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PLAD TECH holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PLAD TECH has 815 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of myHTA's written reviews are positive against 25% of PLAD TECH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

myHTA ships an update every 2 weeks, PLAD TECH monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
