# PoolSync vs Intermatic Connect

The clearest difference is rating: Intermatic Connect at 3.6 against PoolSync's 2.1. Intermatic Connect also leads on review sentiment (29% vs 20%). PoolSync's advantage is ratings volume (64 vs 9) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Intermatic Connect holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.1.
