# Rice Purity Test vs Relationship Tracker ‎

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Rice Purity Test at none against Relationship Tracker ‎'s 4. Rice Purity Test also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). Relationship Tracker ‎'s advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 25) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Relationship Tracker ‎ sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Rice Purity Test asks for nothing beyond the download.

Relationship Tracker ‎ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Relationship Tracker ‎ has 1.7K ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Rice Purity Test's written reviews are positive against 70% of Relationship Tracker ‎'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rice Purity Test ships an update every 2 months, Relationship Tracker ‎ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
