# PropStream vs Taskrabbit Helper

The clearest difference is rating: Taskrabbit Helper at 4.7 against PropStream's 3.1. Taskrabbit Helper also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Taskrabbit Helper holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Taskrabbit Helper has 4.5K ratings behind it against 175, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of PropStream's written reviews are positive against 25% of Taskrabbit Helper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PropStream ships an update every 2 months, Taskrabbit Helper weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
