# PropStream vs Directorii

The clearest difference is monetization model: Directorii at free against PropStream's subscription. PropStream's advantage is review sentiment (27% vs 0%) and ratings volume (175 vs 2). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.1 for PropStream against 3.0 for Directorii. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PropStream has 175 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 27% of PropStream's written reviews are positive against 0% of Directorii's.

PropStream ships an update every 2 months, Directorii monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
