# PropStream vs DLR Connect

The clearest difference is rating: DLR Connect at 5.0 against PropStream's 3.1. DLR Connect also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). PropStream's advantage is ratings volume (175 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DLR Connect holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PropStream has 175 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PropStream ships an update every 2 months, DLR Connect every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
