# Subsee vs SubCost

The clearest difference is update cadence: SubCost at every 5 days against Subsee's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Subsee sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per year and SubCost sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Subsee ships an update monthly, SubCost every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
