# Calendar vs Eidica

The clearest difference is update cadence: Eidica at every 10 days against Calendar's monthly. Calendar's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calendar sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Eidica sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Calendar ships an update monthly, Eidica every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 10, 2026 respectively.
