# Linxy vs Linxy Live

The clearest difference is ads: Linxy Live at none against Linxy's shown. Linxy Live also leads on ratings volume (57 vs 3) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Linxy against 4.9 for Linxy Live. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Linxy Live has 57 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
