# TaqReader vs پرستو

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TaqReader at none against پرستو's 10. TaqReader also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 11) and chart position (#76 vs unranked). پرستو's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (80% vs 59%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. پرستو sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. TaqReader asks for nothing beyond the download.

پرستو holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TaqReader has 1.1K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 59% of TaqReader's written reviews are positive against 80% of پرستو's.

TaqReader ships an update every 6 weeks, پرستو weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
